In December 2009 Environmental Mechanical Contractors achieved the distinction of being a General Services Administration Federal Supply Schedule Contract holder.

The Federal Supply Schedule provides a quick and easy method for the Federal customer to purchase facilities maintenance and management services from Environmental Mechanical Contractors.

Purchases made using the GSA Schedule are DIRECT -- that is, they do not require a complex, competitive-bid procurement process. As a government customer, you can be assured of getting exactly what you want: high
quality services at the lowest possible price.

Under the 03 FAC Facilities Maintenance and Management Schedule (Contract No. GS 21F 0033W), we are pre-qualified to provide the following services to federal government agencies:

   -Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning HVAC
    Maintenance (SIN 811 005)
 
   -Ancillary Repairs and Alterations (SIN 003 97)
